ID・PASSが解らない - Forgot ID/PASS

お申し込み時に書いて頂いたメールアドレス宛にURL及びID・PASSが明記されて送られてきます。

入会したID・PASSで入室できない - Can not log on with the purchased ID・PASS.

�．瓠璽襪覗�られてきたID・PASSを正しく打ち込まないと閲覧できません。
メールアドレスと同様に同じ英数字であっても全角と半角ではまったくの別物となります。

��The webpage can not be browsed if the sent ID/PASS is not typed in correctly.
Two-byte alphabet and numbers will be perceived as completely different to
one-byte alphabet and numbers, as similar in mail addresses.

例）digigra（半角文字） とＤＩＧＩＧＲＡ（全角文字）では違います。
Example）digigra（one-byte alphabet） and ＤＩＧＩＧＲＡ (two-byte alphabet）is different.

PW・IDをコピーペーストする際にスペースまでコピーペーストしている可能性があります。
When you copy and paste the PW/ID, there is the possibility that you have copy and pasted unnecessary spaces.

��IEをお使いであれば、JAVAの使用を禁止したり、セキュリティーレベルのカスタマイズの仕方によっては使用できません。
IE規定のレベルに戻す必要があります。以下の方法で規定の設定に戻してください。

��If the page to type in the password will not show on screen If you are using IE,
this can happen depending on your security level or if you prohibit the use of JAVA.
You would have to change the security level back to the IE specified.
Please follow the steps below to change the level back to normal.

IEの上にあるツールボタンの中の「ツール」　「インターネットオプション」　「セキュリティー」その中にある右下の「規定のレベル」を
クリックして規定の設定に戻して、その後、右下にある「適応」をクリックしてください。

Choose "Tools" on the toolbar at the top of the IE screen, then select "Internet Options". Choose "Security",
then click on the "Regulated level" at the bottom right to change the setting back,
then click on "Adjust" at the bottom right.

それでアクセスしてもパスワード画面が出ない場合は
If the password page does not appear even after that

次に「ツール」　「　インターネットオプション」　「詳細設定」、その中にある右下の「規定の設定に戻す」をクリックして
その後、右下の「適応」をクリックして完了です。

Go to "Tools" "Internet Options" "Settings", then choose "Reset settings".
Click on the "Adjust" at the lower right, then the process is completed.

自動継続を希望されない方は、30日目までにマイページ下段にあります「定額版サービスクレジット自動引き落とし停止処理」をクリックして下さい。

無料登録後メールが届かなかった等の苦情について - When mail doesn't reach after it registers free of charge

�，�申し込み完了後、通常はすぐに届きます。込み合っている場合でも１時間以内には届きますが記入された際のメールアドレスが１文字でも間違えていれば、メールは届きません。

��Normally you will receive an email from us immediately after application.
Even if the line is busy it will be sent within an hour, but if you have typed in your email address incorrectly, you will not receive the mail.

�△甘佻燭気譴泙靴織瓠璽襯▲疋譽垢�間違っていた場合や受信設定でドメイン指定されている場合メールは届きません。

��E-mail doesn't reach when the registered mail address is wrong and the domain is specified by the reception setting.

上記以外の場合でもメールが届かない場合や分からない場合はinfo@digi-gra.netまでお問い合わせください

有料会員中にメンバー画像が見れない場合 -When you cannot see the member image in the dues-paying member

多くの場合、ログインされていないか、もしくはお客様のクレジットカードが期限切れして決済不能となり自動的に退会手続きがとられている可能性がございます。

In most cases, it is not logged in or you have been automatically withdrawn from membership
because your credit card have expired and have become unable to make further payment.
